We’ve worked inside some of the biggest BBC and commercial radio groups, mixed sessions in the US and built things from nothing. None of us fell into this industry; we chose it, time and time again, and we’re still choosing it every day.
Founder. Still obsessed with audio after all this time.
Started Devaweb in 1999 while studying media at Sunderland University. A career followed that took in Real and Smooth at GMG Radio, BBC Radio 2 and five years mixing at TM Studios in Dallas, Texas. Now leads the team from our MediaCityUK studio and produces jingles for sister company Ignite Jingles.

Quietly builds most of the sound.
Long stretches at Bauer Radio and GCap/GMG, building sound for Key 103, Rock FM, Century FM and Real Radio. At Devaweb, he's behind a huge share of what actually goes out: full station rebrands and the promos and sponsor tags that keep our clients sounding sharp.

Writes it, then often voices it too.
Cut her teeth as a copywriter inside radio stations up and down the country, including spells at UTV and GMG Radio, before years self-employed as a copywriter and voiceover artist. Runs the commercial production side of the business — script, strapline or voice, she's usually the first call.

Keeps the whole operation upright.
The reason everything else happens — voiceover talent gets paid on time, the accounts stay straight and the office runs so the rest of the team can focus on the audio. Built those habits keeping Jazz FM and Smooth Radio running smoothly earlier in her career.
